Protect your Loved ones with an estate plan
It is extremely important for everyone to have an estate plan in place, and this is especially true of our active military. Members of the military are no strangers to duty. At the English Law Group, we have a duty to make sure that our clients are properly represented, understand their options, and make the best plans according to their circumstances. Everyone’s situations and families are not cookie-cutter, and wills and powers of attorney should not be either. At the English Law Group, we take the time to talk with our clients about their goals, plans, and situations to insure that they have the best estate plan in place.
Sometimes the estate documents you put together in contemplation of deployment, might not be as comprehensive as what you want if given more time to think about it. Different states have different laws regarding estate documents. Let us make sure that what you have will work here. Many times clients don’t have to change anything, but sometimes just a couple of state differences can render a document invalid in Kentucky or Indiana.
The best day to create an estate plan was yesterday. The next best day is today. Do not put it off any longer. Make sure that your loved ones are protected.
