SERVING ACTIVE MILITARY AND VETERANS

The members of the United States military must deal with the stress of moving and estate planning the same as any civilian, and when this situation arises, it can be very difficult to proceed given the obvious extenuating circumstances. As a result, the English Law Group, has created procedures place designed to make this process as simple and easy as possible both for the servicemember, veteran, and family of those who are actively serving in the military.

Whether you are active military and have just received your Permanent Change of Station (PCS), or you are a retired veteran moving to your forever home, we are here to help make the process go smoothly.

As members of VAREP, Veterans Association of Real Estate Professionals, we try to give back to those who have served our country.  Partner, Colleen English Balderson, has been a board member of the Louisville Chapter as the Membership Chair and is now the Government Affairs Director, GAD.  As the GAD, she works with local and national government officials to promote military homeownership through education and legislation.
