We are a family-based law firm in Louisville, Kentucky, that has been providing professional, friendly legal services to individuals and families for more than four decades. We are proud of the fact that we have many repeat clients and that area realtors and lenders often refer people to our firm for help with their real estate needs. Over 60 Years of Experience in Kentucky Real Estate Law

Founding partner Bob English has practiced in the areas of real estate law, estate planning and probate for over 50 years. His daughter, Colleen Balderson, who is now a partner, joined the firm in 2006.  Since then, Bob’s son, Michael English, has joined the firm, and Thomas Simms, Jr. is also a part the firm.

Because we are a smaller firm, our friendly attorneys and staff will take the time to get to know you and understand your unique legal needs. We are dedicated to providing you with superior legal representation and the personalized attention you would expect from a family-run business. We emphasize building and maintaining long-term relationships with our clients.
